FLOW Tour 2022 Kicks of with Stop #1 at Jay Peak Resort

One of our greatest joys here at FlowRider is seeing the smiling faces of flowboarders riding our waves, and an epic competition especially lights us up. FLOW Tour 2022 kicked off on the last weekend of June at Jay Peak Resort, and we were absolutely thrilled to see the amazing skill that all these competitors brought to the table.

Josh Ornelaz, FlowRider AfterSales Manager, spent most of June travelling to make sure our waves are ready to go for summer, and he finished the month off by hosting the first stop of the FLOW Tour. Check out Josh’s recap and event results below:

The first event of the season started off with a bang. We had over 75 competitors show up from all over the United States and Canada, so Jay Peak Resort was full of families and friends from California to Florida to Montreal and anywhere in between.

The Flow Dogs welcomed all competitors to the North East at their home wave with open arms. I cannot thank their team and Jay Peak Resorts enough for bringing so many people together and hosting the flowboarding community. The lead off event saw new riders in every division, from youth, all the way up to Pros. We were lucky enough to have multiple reigning champions and riders eager to test their skill set against the best.

A big congratulations to the winners, everyone that participated, and especially to all new riders to FLOW Tour! To all the families that took the time to visit Vermont, thank you for sharing in the summer fun and making memories on the FlowRider. I can’t wait to see everyone at FlowRider Utah for Prime Stop #2 on July 16 and 15th.
