There a couple different types of ride surfaces that we use across our product line – one is a tensioned ride surface, the other is a full inflatable surface (and side walls).
The tensioned surface is made of a really thick and strong vinyl material. We have devised a method to tension it perfectly and evenly across the FlowRider Singles, Doubles, and the Wave in a Box models. It’s almost like a super taut trampoline.
The inflatable surface is also a vinyl material. We have worked with our supplier for years to make it just right and we are very happy with how strong but soft this surface is.
