What is the Deal with the Wave in a Box?

IT’S A SELF-CONTAINED UNIT – If you are unable to excavate onsite, consider a surf simulator unit that is self-contained and can sit above ground. This will still give you a robust machine, but you don’t have to worry about what’s going on underground or perhaps deal with what the local law does or does not permit. When this choice is decided upon, get your design team and/or architectural landscapers to focus on sight lines and venue flow. With a surf simulator that is not sunken, so to speak, you’ll have to make sure that patrons and spectators can still see the action on the wave from anywhere in the venue.

A flowchart guides users in choosing a FlowRider attraction based on whether its indoors or outdoors, available space, and ability to dig onsite, showing different FlowRider models as options at the end of each path.
