The Ride is Not Turning On. What Do I Do to Fix it?

The most common issue when a FlowRider will not turn on is you need to check that ALL E-stops are not pushed in. The next check if your venue has a hatch switch, make sure your hatch has been closed. Once these have been checked, you can push the RESET button on the Electrical VFD. For newer electrical panels you can look at the digital screen under the “Status” sections and if all lights are GREEN, then the wave should turn on. If you see any RED lights, that will tell you why your wave will not turn on. If the problem continues the next phone call that should be made is to the FlowRider team to diagnose the issue.
