Each venue is a little different, you should always check with the venue before bringing your own board. Most venues allow FlowRider approved boards and other boards as well. Some venues will want to do a quick inspection on your board to make sure it is in good condition before allowing it on the ride. Boogie boards or Ocean bodyboards do not perform as well on a FlowRider as they are flatter and made specifically for the ocean.
