Ocean bodyboards tend to be flat and have less curve or what we call rocker, think of a flat piece of wood with a slight curve just at the top or nose area. A FlowRider bodyboard have more contiguous curve throughout, think about the curve of a banana. Curved or boards with more rocker are easier to turn on the FlowRider versus flat ocean boards.
