There was no better way to start off the 2023 FLOW Tour than with a double header in Florida! With a wave seemingly around every corner, it is one of the hottest spots in the world for professional flow boarders and bodyboarders.

The long weekend began early Friday, with a special morning session televised on Fox 35 Orlando! This was day one of two for our first PRIME event of the year hosted at The Grove Resort & Water Park and their FlowRIder Double.

With registration and practice out of the way, the real excitement came the following day on Saturday, where we were treated to the Florida special with a gnarly mix of sun, rain, thunder and lighting. However, a little bit of bad weather is no match for the flow boarding community! With support from the great team at the Grove Resort and adaptiveness of the Flow Tour team, we were able to complete the full event, finishing the pro mens and womens finals on Sunday morning.

Sunday was full of warm weather, great vibes, and even better tricks! Solara Resort hosted an all day game of FLOW, where riders spun the “wheel of tricks” and had to perform whatever maneuver it landed on. An absolute favorite among Florida flowboarders, the FlowRider Single at Solara offered action-packed views for fans and spectators, creating an unforgettable atmosphere paired with plenty of food & beverage.

Special thanks to both venues and the flow boarding community that came together to create an epic weekend! Make sure to join us for the next FLOW Tour Prime event at FlowRider Utah, July 21-22. For more information of the full schedule for this year’s FLOW Tour:
