The final phase of Lotte Water Park reveals…. A FlowRider® Double!
Lotte Water Park has unveiled the second and final phase of the outdoor park, and part of that phase is the FlowRider Double simulated surfing attraction. Located in Busan, South Korea, Lotte Water Park has experienced tremendous attendance numbers since opening for its first season in 2014. For the 2015 summer season, Lotte World will be unveiling many new attractions from WhiteWater, but it is the FlowRider® Double where guests will test their surfing skills on the endless wave. South Korea already has a large contingent of flowboarders, and we expect that number to grow, as Lotte Water Park has seen as many as 18,000 guest in a single day.
Built in two stages, the multi-phased construction process was required to accommodate the sheer scope of the waterpark – a park that is surrounded by beautiful city and mountains. Opening in this month, the park will look to set new attendance records, and we hope that extends to their surfing simulator, the world renowned FlowRider Double!
