The 2024 Flow Tour season has come to a close, and it will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the most thrilling seasons yet. With more riders, families, and venues than years before, the tour saw incredible growth in both participation and excitement. The partnership between FlowRider and a wide range of venues—from waterparks, municipalities, RV resorts, to standalone facilities—made the 2024 season a true showcase of how the sport can unite communities across diverse locations.
The competition this year was fierce and unpredictable, especially in the men’s divisions. With different winners at each event and fresh faces on the podiums, it was a season of firsts. The women’s divisions, for both amateur and pro riders, highlighted the bright future of the sport. Young talent is emerging fast, with many junior riders eager to test their skills against the national and world champions. Across both stand-up and bodyboarding disciplines, this season displayed some of the best riding in the sport’s history, as athletes pushed the limits of what’s possible on a wave.
The youth divisions were another highlight of the season, with countless young men and women showing that they’re ready to rise from amateur ranks to the pro circuit. Their energy, enthusiasm, and smiles remind us why the Flow Tour began in the first place—to nurture the grassroots of the sport.
The season finale at Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark for Flowapalooza was a fitting conclusion. With over 15,000 tickets sold for the surrounding festival, it was a perfect example of how flowboarding can be the heartbeat of a citywide event. The 2024 Flow Tour season was unforgettable, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the riders, families, and friends who made it special.
With momentum building in the community, there’s no doubt 2025 will bring even more excitement. See you all on the waves!
