Engineer

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Ben grew up with a love for the outdoors and skiing. He took that passion to Montana State University, where he earned his engineering degree and played a key role in developing an autonomous drone system for NASA-funded research.  

After graduation, he set his sights on San Diego and made the move—no job, no housing, just a leap of faith. While bartending to get by, he found his way to FlowRider, where he now gets to fuel his engineering passion in a whole new way. These days, he’s swapped the mountains for the ocean, trading his skis for a surfboard and fully embracing the SoCal lifestyle.
