Surf’s Up Puerto Rico
Beautiful beaches, great weather and rich culture satisfy the islands of Puerto Rico. Tourist, surfers and board sport enthusiast flock to the soft sands, blue waters and palm trees just to get a taste of the lifestyle.
San German is a historic area of Puerto Rico; the area was one of the first established towns on the island. The city continues to grow their rich history, as they are now the first to install a FlowRider wave simulator. Located on southeast portion of the island, Surf N’ Fun is an epic family waterpark that will allow community members, customers and surfers to experience the thrill of catching a wave, even when there is no swell in the ocean.
“Puerto Rico is a big surf community,” mentioned Jeremy Torrez, Wave Manager. Although San German doesn’t attract to best waves on the island “Surfers are going to love the FlowRider and it will give the locals a chance to experience riding a wave!” Torrez added.
The FlowRider Double at Surf N’ Fun has been a very popular attraction since opening day and goes well with the other unique attractions on site. The venue has slides, bumper boats, trampolines and wave pools that will keep you busy all day. The facilities don’t stop there. There is a Surf Shop, a full concessions stand offering delicious foods and snacks while the sports bar will keep your hydrated.
Along with the unique attractions and top of the line facilities, comes an eager and fantastic staff who are hands on and excited to teach you how to ride!
